My stay at this hotel was quite a mixed bag. The room I booked was supposed to be a suite, but it was far from what I expected, which was a major letdown. The front desk service was disappointing, and I wasn't pleased with how dirty some areas of the hotel felt. On the positive side, I found the common areas to be well-designed and the pricing was reasonable for what I paid.
